Demetric installed new A/C for our upstairs. We've been using Lewis Comfort Control for four years and love the service he provides. He has experience to get the job done and is trustworthy.

Demetric came out to fix my heat after my unit had frozen up ,he unthawed it, and then repaired my unit is working great now.

Contract rep. came to the house to get an estimate of the repairs needed for my HVAC system. Never came back to fix the HVAC
Contract rep. came to the house to get an estimate of the repairs needed for my HVAC system. Contractor took the 100.00 cash for the trader fee and told us the parts would be in within three days. I received an email receipt for the fee and never heard from him sense. It has been three weeks with no heat and no communication from the contractor. We tried to contact them and the phone goes straight to voice mail box which is full. We are working with Old Republic Home warranties and this is the guy they contacted to do the work. After my son and wife have gotten sick due to not having any heat for 21 days we decided to go with a familiar contractor in the area. They came out gave us an updated price quote and fixed the system with 48 hrs. Lewis Comfort Control HVAC Company is scamming people and their hard earned monies. Many reviews have been announced on the company and the same scenario is played out. The owner Diametric Lewis comes out and looks at the system takes the money and never returns or calls for updates. I am very upset with tis company or LLC and I believe their needs to be an investigation done with that company to show in accuracies that they portray and to ensure they are held responsible for treating the customer the way they are.
The only resolution we would like to see is a refund of our fee we had to pay to him and his company of $100. 00 as the contractor never did anything to fix the problem, he gave an assessment and left. We would also like to see some investigation done with this company Lewis Comfort Control out of Nashville, TN and see what the outcomes are of this company and why they are getting away with not helping the customers in a reasonable way.
Mr *** the the 100.00 you requested for a refund actually went back to your home warranty company Im sorry for the confusion but *** refused to pay for your motor the only money I received from the service call was 60.00 dollars for the diagnosis I will send you a check for that amount but the remaining balance of forty dollars went back to ***.If there is anything else I can do to satisfy you as a consumer please let me know.
