Our experience with Ron and Russ started off positively, but unfortunately, had a very negative ending To begin, Russ came out to give us an estimateIn that conversation, he suggested that we replaced the transitions between the rooms.We agreedAfter saying the job was complete, the workers had not replaced either of the transitionsWhen we asked Russ about it, he gave us the run around and told us it was too difficult to do--even though he had suggested itAfter phoning the business multiple times with no call back, Russ finally came to the house to look at the transitions Finally, they finished one, but he did not take care of the other When they did finish the one, they managed to gouge the ceramic tile in the kitchen as wellAlso, when the workers were at our home, they were saying negative things about us and how "demanding" we were in front of and to our daughterAfter this one transition was done, we noticed there was a chip in the flooring that they had just put in and a corner with a large gap between the flooring and the baseboardAfter placing multiple unreturned calls to Ron and Russ, we finally went into the business with pictures to show themAfter some heated arguments, (even though there is a year guarantee on the flooring), Ron laughing at us for wanting the work done and calling us liars, he finally said they would only do the work if we agreed to take down our negative Yelp review We agreedWhen Russ arrived at the house a few days later with the product, he said he would only give us the product, but he would not finish the jobWhen we told him that we would not take down the Yelp review if he didn't finish the job, he took the product and stormed out of the house leaving the job unfinishedIf I could give Ron and Russ's flooring a score less than a one, I would definitely do thatIt was a terrible experience that went on for weeks and weeks with contentious phone calls and unprofessional behavior and accusations

Mr. L[redacted] came to my rescue last year (2014) after the winter ice storm. My fence had some major damage caused by the storm. No other fence company I called would help because they didn't install my fence. I have only lived in my house for a few years and the fence was already installed before I moved in.

The desired fencing was ultimately selected, and in our case, it was custom-ordered to our specific requirements. Mr. L[redacted] contacted us several times during our decision process to answer questions. After we decided and contracted for the product and installation, he contacted us several more times to provide us with the status of our order as it was being produced at the manufacturer. The product was delivered on time, at the price quoted, and installed with high quality workmanship, on time.
