The Service Department at Lewis Ford damaged my truck when they had it in there possession
Lewis Ford had received my truck for a complete motor replacement in *** at the end of the monthDue to the motor blowing on our move across countryThey had my truck until ***I flew from ** to ** to get my truckWhen I got there *** *** the service manager was not available to review the work performedHe did have a phone conversation with me stating we were good to go with the vehicle and it was ready for sub zero temps that ** winters would hand outI got into my truck and headed home for my *** mile tripAs it got dark the 1st night I went to turn my fog lights on and they did not work (due to them not being plugged in)When I got to my hotel room for the night I went to back up my truck and the rear view camera did not work (camera wires were ripped apart) and not rear attached as it was when I dropped it offThese two items caused concerns so I looked over my truck

Sold me a vehicle which had a check engine light on assured me nothing wrong with it and signed dealIn less than months times and countless service appointments latter both the engine and transmission quitHas promised to make it right but still has not followed thru on their word
