***) on the 12th of May *** *** has had the wrong size tires on his car for at least a year, I know this because of the date code that is on his used tires that I have here at my shop*** *** also has aftermarket wheels installed with no *** *** in the wheels which is frowned upon as far as Virginia State Inspection rules are concerned*** *** also has had or purchased this car with the suspension that has been altered by lowering itThese are all issues that can and will cause his car to shake in curves.*** *** came back to my shop on Saturday the 17th of May with his father, who was not very nice, and complained of shakingIt was 4pm and we close at 4:30pm, so my tech politely said that there was nothing that he could do that day because he was tied up with other work that needed to be finished and the tire warehouse closes at noon But we could look into it on Monday.*** *** came back on Monday the 19th of May and a tech and myself went over the car to make sure we had not done anything wrong At that time I personally drove the car and saw absolutely no shaking in or out of curvesAlthough I saw no issues with the car I told *** *** to give me a few days to see what I could work out So for him to say that I am putting him off is quite incorrect.We did what *** *** asked to have done and we did it correctly

Review: I went to Lewis garage to get new tires. They ordered the wrong size front tires for my car which causes it to shake in curves. When I told them they said they can't do nothing unless I buy another pair and they keep putting me off and not fixing the problem. [redacted] also admitted to not checking the computer to verify the size.Desired Settlement: I want the right size tires for my car and a refund for the tires they ordered wrong. They were $145 a piece.
