I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10704042, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They emailed and called and I have been in touch with them. They said the yearly production of the solar panels start the first full month after they are installed. So, me and one of the owners looked that figure up and it came up to 9,994 kWh. Which is 643 less than promissed. So, they did send me a check, but it was actually not enough. It should have been for $141.46 and not $103.84. They said they will contact accounting and get me the difference. Once I receive that along with the details of a new salesman, I will consider this issue resolved. I'm still not happy about how they ignore phone calls and emails for several weeks saying they have been really busy. This isn't the first time I've called and sent emails and never heard from them. Their customer service skills are lacking. If I would not filed this report, I seriously doubt they would be getting back with me.

Dear Revdex.com,Mr. [redacted] received the second check which was the subject of this complaint on August 7, 2015, as pictured in the attached photos. Attached to this email are pictures of both the original check and second check, with their corresponding issuance/mail dates. Mr. [redacted] went through a change of address recently, and his mail was forwarded to his new address. This change of address and mail forwarding subsequently caused his receipt of the second check to be delayed. However, as pictured in a screenshot of text messages from Mr. [redacted], we received confirmation from Mr. [redacted] that he had received the second check on August 7, 2015, so this matter should be resolved and closed.
