I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. NONE of our vehicles leak gas or oil , I've
explained this to this person but he knows all and I guess their product never failsWe DON'T drive on the edge that would mean I'm driving on my yard and the last thing I would want or let anyone do is drive on my grassYou can check with any and all my neighborsHe know that their product is defect and won't do a proper repairI'm NOT excepting anything but a full refund or replacementIf need be I'll go to the small business court and file a charge against the Company and their representative due to his nasty demeanor and unwillingness to be reasonable about the problemHe has also has said prior he'd be over to report and never showed up. Hello, they came out and fixed this. Very happy they came out, I kind of thought it was a lost cause. They filled in all of the low spots in the driveway.
