The client was unclear of what her initial intentions were for the copper pipe at the inception of the job. Client was told that once we finished repairing the pipe, that we would clean our work area and discard all the copper pipe we...

replaced. Which is normal procedure for plumbers to do. Not until days after the job was completed did the client request the copper back. Fortunately we still had the copper pipe and finally had the copper returned to the client. [redacted] Plumbing apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may have caused to the client.

Mr. [redacted]' response is a complete lie. 
 
Mr. [redacted] finished the job the same day I verbally requested, via direct phone conversation with him, that my property be returned. My request was no more than 2 hours after the job was completed to which I have evidence of the phone conversation of initial request. Moreover, Mr. [redacted] avoided my follow-up phone calls for weeks and ONLY when I submitted a written complaint to the Revdex.com was he compelled to act. Mr. [redacted] was more concerned about this issue being public information.
 
Mr. [redacted] is a dishonest business owner to which the public should be aware. I am grateful for resources such as the Revdex.com!
