Hello my name is [redacted]. I filled a complaint about Lewis roofing inc. They were supposed to come fix our roof weeks ago. They have never done that. They have scheduled to come out several different days and never showed up. This is crazy. Very unprofessional. I have a warranty and they need to honor that. If not I would like their license suspended or taken. How can they have a contractor license and not honor their own warranty? Please open this case and do something about this. Thank you very much

Review: We have a 2 year roof certification dated 9-5-14. My wife and I purchased this house and the roof began leaking in the laundry room. The roofer came on Monday and was 4 hours late to loom at this. It took him 5 minutes to supposedly fix it. Later we tested it by running water over the spot. It leaked. My wife removed the broke up paint from the ceiling and discovered a hole that had been covered up and painted over by someone. I again called the roofer and expressed my complaint and let him know that he gave this roof a 2 year certification and he needs to stand by that. He was supposed to be here at 9 am today and has never showed up. This is very poor business practice and I believe that he should have his license suspended and not be allowed to work on homes. If you are going to sign off on a roof that you have maintenance for 14 years then it should be good and if not you should stand by your product and services. Also after talking with the previous owner we find out that the roofer his name is [redacted] and he knows well about that issue and it was where the water heater used to be. So this roofer not only tried to cover up this hole with paint but now wont fix our roof. I have a 2 year certification signed 9-5-14. His contractor license number is [redacted]. Being that our ceiling is green and has been wet it is possible a health hazard now form the fungus or possible mold! This is due to the roofers poor work quality. This also needs to be addressedDesired Settlement: I would like the hole that is in my ceiling to be gone. I would also like the vent/hole in my roof to be filled over and taken out because it does not belong there and has not since this water heater was removed by the previous owner. Being that this roofer has been the roofer for this house for 14 plus years and is well aware of the shady job he has done. This is very unprofessional and he needs to fix our house and stand my his warranty.
