We are willing to go to arbitration to resolve this complaint

we do not jackhammer cement and patch over cementpatching isn't included with sealing and crack filler pricehot patch is usually $extraher price was the same as it was from the price from was for sealing and crack filling only and we did throw in a little patch for free
patching over cement will not hold and when she called we tried to explain that to heryou can't expect a new driveway for only $she also called and left several messages and also sent several texts to the owners cell phone which we gave her and told her that it was given to her for her understanding that it was for a time use onlyshe called again for us to come out when she was home , as our schedule is printed out by zip code we told her it would have to wait until we were in the areawe went back to fix but couldn't seal coat the cement which she was told againwe had called and left her a message about when we would be out there to fix it she never answered so we left her a message so MrL*** and his crew went out and did a redo for her she then called and was very angry because they came on her property while she wasn't there and told us that she would call the police if we ever came out again

The work they did has been inspected by two other professionals and both agree that it is of poor quality We have already attempted to work this out with the owner however, his unprofessionalism and intimidating behavior has made it impossible for us to reach any solution we would both be happy with I have attached a few of the many pictures we have taken of the work he did These were taken after the days he told us were needed for the lines and imperfections to go away As you can see, they have not disappeared We refuse to spend any more time or money to resolve this dispute The work is not worth a penny, and we already gave him an opportunity to make it right

I will try to turn a bad thing into a good thing the best I can. The customer called in and started with a minor complaint about sticks being sealed over, and there was bubbling on his driveway. His driveway is in a wooded area, and the wind was blowing that day. Sealer needs sunlight to cure, and...

the white marks he was referring to are just spots that need to blend with the sealer, they go away after two weeks. He first spoke with the receptionist, he did not have first communication with the owner, the owner later called him back the same day, and told him we would be back to redo the driveway for free. I, the owner, Don L[redacted] was on the job, so I knew there could not be a lot wrong with the driveway. There was a few oil spots that we were afraid bubbled up, or we missed, so we rescheduled him on a day we were in the area. When we got to his house, he came out with an attitude. He tried to point out the sealer streaks, but they were gone. My eyes may be bad considering I am 70, but we both could not find them. He walked around trying to find something else, and he came onto a spot where the asphalt company did not get the area rolled out well enough, and there was aggregate showing, so I try to leave the sealer on a little heavier. I walked over towards him, to see where and what he was talking about, he asked me if I could fix the issue, and I told him "With time, it will go away with the sealer." He then said that if I could not fix it, he did not want us to do anything. I do admit that after that I called him "too picky." After I called him that, we were right next to each other, and he placed both of his hands on my chest, and shoved me. He then proceeded to tell me to get off of his property, and he said he was going to run our business to the ground using Angie's List, and the Revdex.com. He then did not wait five minutes to call into our office, and yell at the receptionist, and use obscene language. P.S He still has not paid, the price was $250 with credit card or check, which is a fair price. In these cases, there is one or two things; they do not have any idea on the process of sealcoating, or they find any excuse not to pay.
