and credit is in process.

Review: I purchased a Yard Butler SRW180 wall hose reel from this company. One of the interior pipes rusted and I contacted the company and was told it could be replaced. I paid $18 for the replacement pipe. Shipping was delayed. I was emailed instructions for replacing the pipe. The instructions do not apply to my model and the old pipe could not be removed. The customer service rep asked me to take a video of the reel and the problem. She then suggested several other alternatives for removing the old pipe none of which worked. It seemed she was guessing as she went along. Then she sent me a video of how to remove the pipe. The video is for a completely different floor model. I want a credit for the replacement pipe which is worthless and I would like a replacement of the part which cannot be repaired. This company allegedly offers a lifetime warranty on their products.Desired Settlement: I want a credit for the replacement pipe which is worthless and I would like a replacement of the entire sectioning which contains the old pipe since the pipe cannot be repaired. This company allegedly offers a lifetime warranty on their products.
