In response to your letter dated July 10/On 6/8/we received a call from auto club of southern California, we did respond to the call in a timely mannerMr*** *** is a member of auto club of southern California for road side assistanceHis membership is for the time that his engine fails, tire changes, locks out service and Battery servicesWhen our driver arrived he saw a different situation, it was documented that the axel is broken and this vehicle is sitting on the ground which it is not covered under their membershipThis kind of call is called "Recovery" and not "roadside assistanceRecoveries are a service that people receive for and accident or similar situations98% of the time insurance companies accept the bill for recoveryWe usually offer hours free storage to the customers or AAA members due to taking that long for the adjuster from the insurance company to come and make a decision with their insured to repair the vehicle or to take itWe are required by law to file a lien in order for the DMV to let the owner to know the exact location of the vehicle and allow the person enough time to release their vehicle because it will accumulate storage feesMr*** ignored DMV lien noticeBy the third day he did not request for the vehicle to be removedIf you see the complaint, he does say from 6/8/to 6/29/he had no contact with us to advise what his insurance company told himOn 6/29/he filed a complaint against us with auto club of southern CaliforniaMr*** *** our immediate supervisor with auto clubMr*** advised him of his coverage with AAA which he was not covered under his membership due to the recoveryBy than his bill was approximately was $2000.00, I advised Mr*** I would be willing to cut the bill in halfWhich would leave the member to pay only $NO TOW BILL NOR ANY LIEN FEES AND REDUCE STORAGEBut Mr*** refused the offer. We have a signed invoice from him which I am going to attach it to this letterMr*** does not realize that his signature makes this invoice a binding contract under the California lawsPlease be advice that I am still willing to drop the tow charges, Lien fees and a big chunk of the storage as I advise our AAA supervisor and reduce the bill from $to $as a courtesy otherwise Mr*** may take more action against us and we will respond to his complaint in a proper manner with all the documents that is on filePlease be advice that on July 17, AT 10am Mr*** will I forfeit his vehicle based on the lien to cover all the expenses that accumulatedWe hope we can come to an agreement before thatIf you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Attached please find a copy of Member Guide which advises the member's rights with auto clubAlso, I am attaching a copy of his invoice that he has signed

I am rejecting this response because:
this was not a recovery my truck was supposed to be takin one mile to my house not to their shop I was told this was free by their driver and no one was going to charge me or my insurance tow truck still force me to sign a paper on 7/14/17 and charge me $700 when I refuse to sign he took the papers from my hand and threw a pen at me and threaten to keep my truck the paper that they say I sign is not my signature I told [redacted] from the auto club that but he said that their was nothing he could do because of that signature and because they had possession of my truck
