My new to me car has been in the shop for a week Bought it last SaturdayThey sent my car to a different location in Hurst TX There has been very confusing phone calls made to the service departments One claims not to know what all is being done to our vehicleI have made all the calls to get a heads up on what's going on No one has made a phone call to let me know how things are going or that they even took my car to a different location Lack of communication is botheringThe lack of communication between the shops in Hurst and Lewisville concerns me as well I took the car in for the AC not not working and for a chrome wheel that the Porter or detail crew at the Lewisville location hit a curb and left a deep scratch
I had a wonderful experience working Lewisville Autoplex it started out bad due to a sales man named Brendan [redacted] who I spoke with once and never would email or return my calls. The truck that I saw online I wanted really bad so I called back and got another sales man by the name of Giorge [redacted] who was the best car salesman that I have ever worked with he did not try ever try to convince me something that I did not want instead he worked hard in getting me the best deal for the truck I fell in love with once I saw it online. I never had to step foot on there lot Giorge drove 4 hours and waited on me to get off work and delivered my truck to me. They also have one of the best finance officers I have ever had the pleasure of talking to he gave me several options to choice from and worked extra hard with the banks to get me a low interest rate and the best deal possible. So for the best car buying experience I would recommend going to Lewisville Autoplex and working with Giorge [redacted] and Ralph [redacted] for the vehicle your looking for.
