Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I did not authorize services in the fall of that Lewisy is collecting for nor do I recall signing a contract with Lewisy. A contract from is long expired in 2011. Trying now to collect a debt that is allegedly from services in is absurd and is what I find to be unethical.

Any way I respond to you will not be satifactory. Iam trying to collect a debt. You owe my company for fuel oil delivery we made to your house and you used this oil. This was the arrangement we had with you and you agreed to. As much as I appreciate the efforts put forth thru the Revdex.com this will not be resolved here. You need to pay your outstanding debt to my company for services we provided to you. I will not respond to any more of you complaints thru this web site. This will be decided by the courts.

The [redacted]'s were accounts of Lewisy Fuel Oil, Inc. since 4/**/97 and on automatic delivery until they cancelled in the fall of 2011. We made dozens of heating oil deliveries on a automatic basis while they were customers with us. It's fairly standard in the heating oil industry with customers...

with whom we provide service to use this method to prevent them from running out. They claim they cancelled prior to the 8/*/11 delivery but I have no record of it. The outstanding debt is for a fuel delivery they recieved while they were still under contract with my company on automatic delivery for which they used. I don't quite understand this complaint as they benefited from this oil delivery and I was only doing what I was contracted to do by the [redacted]'s since 4/**/97.

Review: Lewisy is attempting to collect a debt from me for services that I never authorized. I haven't done business with Lewisy in over six years.Desired Settlement: I am asking that they discontinue their collection practices and adjust the balance to $0.00.
