I purchased a set of *** CSS15 26x9.5 wheels from BBwheelsonline.com on 19 June 2017. In October 2107 I noticed that 1 out of the 4 wheels had started peeling with the finish flaking. Since these are new wheels and come with a 12 month warranty I contacted *** directly on 11 Oct 2017. *** replied back on 13 Oct 17 stating I needed to go through the retailer (BBwheelsonline.com). I emailed bbwheelsonline.com and they replied to send pictures of the wheel and they would sent the information to *** fo the warranty process. All pics and documentation was emailed to bbwheelsonline and sent to *** on 11 Nov 17. Since then *** has never responded back. *** from BBwheeslonline.com has reached out to the *** representative several times since then and has yet to receive a response. *** even recommended me to try to reach out to *** again and I did so in Jan 2018 and still no response.
They provided me pictures and I will authorize an RGA for inspection. The employee (***) stated he had made several attempts to contact our employee, but referred to him as Jason and we do not have an employee by that name … Could be part of the reason this did not get handled. Warranty inspections usually require the consumer/retailer to send the wheel to *** freight paid, but I will authorize a call tag for the inconvenience the customer has had to endure.
When the wheel is received, if the “peeling” is not due to something outside of our warranty, we will replace the part as requested.

Customer must complete credit card authorization form attached. As a courtesy, *** will drill and ship a replacement wheel (CSS15-2695-85-15MBT) and will charge the customer ONLY for shipping cost to:
BB Wheels, 32989 249th Ave., Albany, MN 56307 (Attn: ***)
If the replacement wheel is not returned in a reasonable amount of time, once the replacement wheel is received (by consumer), *** will be authorized to charge the credit card for $350.00 (OR) If the wheel shows impact damage or evidence of improper care,, *** will be authorized to charge the credit card for $350.00 ... Our warranty clearly states, Manufacturing Defects, which is why we ask that product be returned for inspection.
As soon as the wheel is received, we will notify the store of our decision ... presuming this is a viable warranty, we will credit the shipping charges and close the file.
