I am rejecting this response because:I did return their phone callsI called and was told a note will be left at their desk to call me backI was unable to bring my car in on the 12th of February and tried calling to explainI received a phone call and called back almost immediately but did not get a call back until the next dayI would like for them to look at my car but would also like for them to take in consideration the information that I received from the mechanic that my car has been at for the past few weeksI would like for my car to be looked at but I am requesting for a refund or and exchange for a different vehicle that is reliable for my needs as this I have not been able to drive it for work since the 15th of January and the mechanic that looked at my vehicle believes I was overcharged for this vehicle

Received voicemail from owner [redacted], indicating issue has been resolved with customer.

Response received via e-mail and fax to Revdex.com -- documents attached; text of e-mail reads as follows: Miss [redacted] purchased a 2002 Honda Civic on 12/27/2017. The purchase price of this vehicle was $ 3846.01. This sixteen year old vehicle had 141690 miles at the time of the purchase. This...

vehicle was sold AS-IS. No warranty of any kind was included with this vehicle sale. We inspected the vehicle prior to sale date. Our technician found this vehicle in safe and reliable operation.Miss [redacted] signed AS-IS form acknowledging with her signature. This AS-IS form described all defects a used motor vehicle may have in detail. Miss [redacted] also was presented another form describing the following: (Sold AS-IS and As Equipped. No free work promised. Purchaser is responsible of all future repairs and maintenance hereinafter. Selling dealer is not responsible of any repairs.). Miss [redacted] also acknowledged this form with her signature and received a copy.I received a call from Miss [redacted] on Friday, 2/9/2018. She related her disappointment with her vehicle. When I asked a few questions, She told me the one of the Solenoids failed. The part was $200.00. Her mechanic told her this part should not have failed because we inspected the vehicle. Miss [redacted] also accused my company in hiding this problem of the vehicle which accrued about a month later. Yet, she contacted us exactly forty four days after her purchase. I told Miss [redacted] that is not the way we conduct business. We are not involved in unethical practices. The subject solenoid is a electrical component of  the transmission and it could have no warning when it will be going out of it's function. We have no indicator of guarantee of such performance of a electrical component that is similar to a light bulb or a light switch. I related the information to Miss. [redacted] the vehicle was sold AS -IS. However, We would be happy to inspect the vehicle and help her the best way we could. She agreed to bring the vehicle to us on Monday,  2/12/2018. She agreed to cover any towing expenses on her own. After my conversation with Miss [redacted], I consulted our Lead Mechanic. He confirmed the part cost was around $200.00 and readily available. The labor time to replace the subject part was about one hour and a half. Total cost would be about three hundred dollars. Miss [redacted] is definitely exaggerating the mechanical repair cost on her complaint to your office as she says the repair cost exceeds the value of the vehicle.  I decided to contact Miss [redacted] about 3pm on Monday, 2/12/2018 by phone when she has not yet brought the vehicle to our facility for inspection. I left her a voice mail asking, if she was still bringing the vehicle that day, because our Mechanics were leaving at 5 pm. Miss [redacted] never returned my call on Monday. I contacted her on Tuesday by phone again and left a voice mail. Miss [redacted] never returned my recent calls and she never brought her vehicle to our facility.I believe our company made all reasonable efforts to resolve Miss [redacted]'s concerns regarding her vehicle even so there was no warranty of any kind. Miss [redacted] failed to bring her vehicle to our facility and discontinued communication. We regret to inform Miss [redacted] our Company will not be accommodating her request of returning this vehicle as I feel it is not a reasonable request to resolve this matter. This vehicle already has been registered in her name and title application has been submitted to Minnesota department of vehicle services. I am attaching the AS-IS form and the supplement form stating Miss [redacted] assumed all future repairs of the vehicle and validated with her signature. Our company continues the ethical and honest operation in selling pre-owned vehicles and appreciates Revdex.com assistance and involvement to both parties in this matter  Sincerely,Dennis [redacted]Office-###-###-####http://www.lexdanauto.comLexdan Automotive[redacted]Maplewood ,MN 55109

Revdex.com spoke to Ms [redacted], who confirms that when Lexdan was ultimately unable to provide a title for the vehicle due to issues acquiring necessary signatures, it agreed to buy the vehicle back from the customer, on or about May 18th.Ms [redacted] says she considers the matter resolved.
