After months of researching and contacting many different structured literacy programs, I found Lexercise I chose this program because every single technician has extensive experience/certifications with literacy, speech, language, and/or teaching backgrounds They ensure they have someone that is qualified and trained to administer their program The program has games that my child loves He loves logging into the computer and working with a real person over the internet He loves that I am with him and a part of his sessions He loves the multi-sensory ("fun" as he calls it) learning style and approach the program excels at! I love this program because it's organized & It's easy to navigateI can understand exactly what I need to do to help my child because I am included in all of his sessions The parent portal gives you activities based solely on areas of weakness and it gives direct-easy to follow instructions on what to do for each activity It's beyond heartbreaking to see your child struggle It's even more heartbreaking to see the frustration that can build up inside of them because they aren't able to keep up with their peers For the first time, he looks forward to reading! He wants to read! He wants to write! It's not like any other program I've been able to find!

If your so happy with the program why a 1 star rating? I'm a little confused.
