Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I never received any response to my text or email regarding the issues.  I was never offered a $200.00 warranty.  If I was I would have purchased a $200.00 warranty.  It was not months later it was 2 months and that was due to the fact that I was hospitalized due to an unexpected issue.  The differential was not taken apart.  The issue was only diagnosed.  Diagnosed by a Jeep mechanic.  I feel Lexi D should be responsible for this repair.  We did bring this issue up to the mechanic [redacted]" when he was fixing another problem.  He stated that the grinding that I was hearing was the new wheel bearing that was put it an it needed to settle and would go away.  It never went away and is actually the differential.Regards,[redacted]

Phone response - I Sent text stating why didn't you contact me sooner with the smaller issues,as I could have had them addressed and would have been cheaper. Now a dealer is saying that larger issues repairs need to be done. Consumer turned down $200 warranty that could have solved the problem. Took...

the new issues months later to a different mechanic instead of letting me address the issue. At this point because someone else has had their hands on the vehicle, he will not go any farther. Vehicle over 100,000 miles is not required to be warrantied in New York State.
