Review: I ordered a replacement charger from this company back in Sept. After 3 weeks had passed I started trying to get in contact with the company via the number listed on the website to find out the status of my order. The person that answers the phone to this number is only in on Wednesday and it took forever to get this person to respond or pick up the phone. When you did get in touch with a live person, they will advise you that they are not actually with Lexibook that the orders go through another location. I also e-mailed the support e-mail address numerous times. After leaving a voice mail and an e-mail advising that I would report them to the if I did not get either my product or refund; they finally responded to me stating that they did not have the product in stock and would issue me a refund. It is now December and I have e-mailed 2 more times asking when I would receive my refund, and I have not received any response and no refund.

REF: Order#[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for Lexibook to refund my money a.s.a.p. via check & mailed to my home (billing address).

Review: My wife and I purchased a Lexibook Tablet One serial number [redacted] from [redacted] online. The device was delivered to us from [redacted] without an issue. The item was ordered on 12/**/14 and was delivered on 12/**/14.

Immediately we noticed that the adapter to charge the tablet was very loose when connected to the tablet. The cord is the only way in which to charge the tablet. It worked okay for a couple charges, but then it would not charge anymore. The box for the Lexibook states there is a 3-month manufacturer warranty. The 3 month warranty is listed in the literature as well.

([redacted] will only take a return for an electronic item if it is within 15 days of purchase.)

On 1/**/15 I called the number and the operator stated the person [redacted] - I didn't quite understand the name) I was directed to her voicemail and left a message. I called back again and this time insisted on speaking to the person. I spoke with the individual.

While speaking the lady, I was asked repeatedly if we purchased the warranty. I stated that we did not. However, the box the device comes in and the literature clearly states that there is a 3-month warranty on the device. The lady took our information and stated she would pass the information on to a company representative.

We have since not heard from anyone representing Lexibook America.Desired Settlement: I am looking for the settlement to either be:

$63.59 in the form of a check or gift card to [redacted] or a [redacted] card pre-loaded with this amount.

A new tablet of equal or greater value in which the cord fits with the device without any issues.
