Review: My company order translation equipment from the company, which I paid for from my personal credit card. They failed to deliver the order on time and after much back and forth, they finally agreed to deliver half of our initially order products to us late, and offered to give us a credit with their company for $779.31, and reimburse us $1,179.30 for the undelivered/unused items. However, they have failed to provide the promised reimbursement. I have made multiple phone calls to the company who continually say they are handling the situation and will let me know when my reimbursement will be sent out by the next day. Unfortunately, I don't heat from them until I call them again. I have also sent multiple emails to the same effect. This has taken place over a 2 month period. At this point it seems that I will not be able to receive my reimbursement without taking stronger action. I have been mostly working with a woman who was identified as my contact when the initial order was placed, [redacted], email: [redacted]@Lexicon-Global.com. However, I have also called and spoken to a receptionist with the company and someone in the accounting department. Currently, if I try to call the company, I cannot reach a live person, ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that I get my full promised refund of $1,179.30, and I want a refund as promised, not a store credit.

Buyer beware...with a decade in the professional A/V industry, this company was selected as a subcontractor for a high-level, super elite executive meeting. Here's what went wrong:

1. They sent a booth with a broken door, so a TABLECLOTH had to be hung from the ceiling to block the sound.

2. The booth was wobbly and held together with a few puny clamps.

3. Their audio technician smelled like alcohol and was insolent and rude to myself and the client (unforgivable!).

4. The booth was scratched and smeared and looked dirty all over.

5. Ordered a system by a specific audio manufacturer and wrong one was sent.

6. Their equipment wasn't on wheels, so giant wooden cases were going to be rolled across client's floors until we located a dolly.

With a list of over 10+ items they did wrong, we still didn't receive the type of reparation we should have. This company feels like a sham and I would never recommend to an event producer who needed A-level quality.
