I was admitted in Northside in 2016, upon being admitted I gave the person my driver licensed with my address I did not get a bill, so I figured all was covered by my Insurance May 11, I received a collection letter from *** & ***, collecting a debit owed to Northside in the amount of $***.**, I paid that immediatelyI called billing at Northside hospital, they had an old address that I have not lived at for years, I told the person I gave the person at admitting my driver licensed with current address, person did not have an answer the only thing was well they were in the process of changing over to STEWARD HEALTH CARE, that is not my problem that person could not take down the correct information when she had it in her hand, then for them to send me to collectionsI pay my bills as soon as I get them, since they did this my credit score has went downIt is their mistake not mine also, I was in there in March of 2018, gave the person in admitting my driver
I received bills for procedure I had doneThey were both ***One was ***.** more than the otherI have been trying to get someone from the billing department to call and explain the chargesIn the meantime they turned me over to collectionAll I am after is for an explanation Needless to say I also had a horrible Day stay at the facility and have filed appeal regarding thatI did receive an apology letterReally!!!!! I am so frustrated
