My roof was years old I was thoroughly dreading the process of initiating the project I had several contractors provide me with estimates However, it was Lexington Blue that I finally chose to do the work I am confident I made the right decision The initial sales representative, Steve, was knowledgeable, thorough, and made the process proceed unbelievably smoothly He met with the insurance adjuster and from that moment everything went smoothly The owner, Brad, sat down with my wife and I and explained the work that was to be done in a detailed, yet understandable manner The project team arrived punctually and began work immediately They accomplished the job in one day and cleaned everything up The project manager was on site and answered all questions We also had some painting done due to some leakage The painter worked diligently and completed the job in the time promised I found all Lexington Blue personnel to be very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating I would not hesitate to recommend them highly and would definitely call them for any future projects

I called Lexington Blue after several missed appointments from other companies. They set up an appointment within three days of my initial contact, kept the appointment and identified the problem (s) and provided an estimate.
Based on the estimate and the positive reviews of the company in this web site, I asked them to proceed with the repair work, I received a call the next day indicating the date and time scheduled for the repairs. The work crew arrived exactly on time, and started the work. They informed me of the problems they found and corrected.
I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the work crew and the timely nature of the repairs. Though the scope of work was not huge, they treated it in the same way as a larger effort would be treated. I highly recommend Lexington Blue, Inc for roof repairs.

Lexington Blue did a fine job of installing our roof. They did a great job of cleaning up including removing some stains from our driveway resulting from the installation.
We found representative Ken Morris to be upfront, honest and followed through the whole transaction from the initial sale, help with insurance company and attention to the installation itself. This is a [redacted] (five-star) firm!

Everything went smoothly and as expected. All the workers and office staff were friendly and helpful. The work to our home looks great! Would recommend to any friends or family.

These guys are fantastic. We were concerned it would take forever to get to our roof due to all the rain and their needing to take care of others first, but they got the job done within a month. The roof looks better than it did when we bought the house 9 years ago! They are also extremely professional and great with communication. I've honestly not encountered that kind of awesome customer service in much of anything before. Top notch.

My wife and I had noticed that we had some leaking and ceiling damage in a few of our rooms. We contacted Lexington Blue and spoke with Susie and they sent an inspector right out the next day to see what the issue was. We found that a previous roofing contractors work was not done very well and needed some corrections made to fix the issue. Steve completed the work that same day and we haven't had an issue since. I would highly recommend Lexington Blue to anyone looking for a qualified, honest answer and solution to any roofing issues. Brad, Susie and their staff were excellent to work with and I will be calling them in the future for any roofing or construction needs.

After a storm damaged my roof, Daniel from Lexington Blue came out and advised me on the process for repair. He was professional, and I could tell these were the folks for the job.

On installation day, Tevis kept me advised on the roofing progress with pictures and explanations every step of the way. That is quite a level of service I wasn't expecting, but I definitely welcomed.

I had one small issue with a splash guard, but they came back out on a down day, and fixed it.

My roof looks great now, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these folks to take care of yours as well.

We have rental property and use Lexington Blue for all of our Home Improvement needs that are outside of a Builders purview. These guys are always on time, respectful and do a great job. If you need true professionals that won't take advantage of you, use Lexington Blue. :)

VERY IMPRESSED!!! From the initial phone call it was obvious Lexington Blue had a passion and drive to meet our needs. Most professional contractor we've ever dealt with. We were kept in the loop in every aspect of replacing our roof. Our expectations were clear and they made it clear they would deliver and exceed them.

They did just that. Stripped our 2 layers of shingles, removed all old decking on house....replaced decking with new 5/8's OVC, synthetic barrier, & 3 dimensional 30yr shingles. Then stripped shingles on our detached garage and put down the same synthetic barrier and matching shingles.

All done in 7 hours. And it was done incredibly well. If you need work done, this is the right company to do it.
