I was misled, I don't even understand now what their services work. They called me about a payday loan I had with a huge interest rate, I was under the impression that I was paying them to pay back the payday loan without interest, since according to them, it was illigal. So I have shifted my monies to them and I am getting hounded 24/7 by this company and after telling them repeatedly to NOT call my work, they still are. My attempts to get in touch with Dylan or somebody are no good. I wished I would not have gotten involved with this company!

I texted [redacted] on 8/10/16 and told him I needed to hold off on my payment until my next payday. He told me that I would only be harming myself. Then I texted him on 8/11/16 and told him I could not have the money come out due to I had to pay my car insurance and it was more important. Dylan messaged me back this " Payment is not due until next Friday." Then I asked him " but I thought it was setup to come out tomorrow did you change the date." Dylan responded with "yes" I said "ok" Then Dylan came back with " I knew it was gonna be to short of notice so I didn't want us to hit your bank at the same time as them. moving it to nest week gives us more time to work together to fix your acct. and I told him Ok. I was happy with the help I received from the company. It took more than 3 months to stop all emails and calls from just one creditor. The 2 other creditors stopped contacting me within a month. By beginning of Sept, I have not received any calls or emails from any of the creditors included in the program.
Thank you very much. It is more peaceful, now, at work and at home.
