*** with the necessary forms to fill in and sign so that we may contract with a locksmith to have the lock changed and provide Mr*** with a new key We are just waiting for him to return the documents to our office so that we can schedule the locksmith.As soon as we receive the documents from the resident and have had the lock changed I will notify you so this complaint can be closed out.
