is 100% non smoking. Our policy states that it is a $250 fine for anyone who smokes in the facility. I apologize for the inconvenience, however we do have to charge this fee.

This response is not true. I do not smoke cigarettes.I have not had a cigarette for almost a year now. I do not also use drugs of any kind apart from alcohol very occasionally.I therefore do not accept this response because clearly there is a mistake that have been done.secondly I wound like them to produce any evidence of me smoking in that facility, I knew I was in a non- smoking facility and I knew my responsibilities.I feel robbed because this people never even had the courtesy to tell me they hard overdrawn on my account. I came to realize long after I had left that motel without an incident of anykind.I did not smoke anything in that facility and therefore they should give me back my money

Filthy, deplorable conditions and paid 125.00 for one night stay. My feet were dirty from walking in the room barefoot. Ice machine broken. Missing hardware in the bathroom sink and tub. No towels in the bathroom on arrival. Reported all of this to the desk and was promised the GM would contact me. That was last week and has never done so. Because we booked through a hotel company, I called them and they called the hotel and were told everything I said was a lie. I would not lie about broken ice machine, etc. I just needed a good nights rest after driving 3 days from GA to Reno to be with my mother who was in the hospital in ICU.Desired SettlementI want a full refund returned to my credit card.
