To whom it may concern, This is in reply to a guest complaint for an inoperative air conditionerGuest came to the counter and demanded some sort of discount without even allowing the property a chance to establish working condition of said ACThe guest was rude, condescending and belittled every single person she spoke with during checkout and also in subsequent callsGuest did not check out early, but at 10:in the morning, so staff was never alerted even up until one half hour before check out time Front desk was never notified of a problem, therefore we were not given the chance to rectify the situationGuest did stay in the roomThe hotel property would have definitely fixed the issue had given the opportunityRefund wouldn't be necessary if we were allowed to rectify the situationThe guest also has a responsibility to inform management of any discrepancies during their stay This charge will not be refunded after the guest already had a discount on her room If you have any further questions, please feel free to call or email me Sincerely, Kacy K***
