There were no complaints of dizziness at all. She had suggested I do the physical and the timing to do the physical was much delayed as the office was not responding to my request to do the multiple thyroid tests I requested. When I finally organized the codes, had confirmation that all the tests would be covered under insurance, and Dr. L [redacted] agreed to make them part of my physical, I had the physical done. At that time, I had no complaints of dizziness either, and was never told about needing to do ECG or any other test that was not covered under insurance. It looks like she issues these tests for the benefit of herself and the office, and not for my health or well being. I also never spoke inappropriately to her staff. I merely pointed out some things that were not my responsibility and also questioned the long delay incurred by applying the requested tests to my physical. I am gravely disappointed by this doctor who I put my confidence in for years. I reject her response. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
