Marty's advertises an estimated delivery zone. At times we expand our delivery zone to try to accommodate our customers that our out of our area but want our pizza. Unfortunately we were not able to do this that evening. It is also policy that if a customer starts swearing oat an employ or a manager...

we will never take an order from that person again. We will not be taking any more orders from this customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At no time did anyone swear at the Marty's manager. The zone is clearly stated on the web site they deliver far past where I live. I have provided clear facts to this and the manager was totally rude and failed to adhere to the published website delivery zone. Please ask the business to provide proof I sweared at their employee because I have three witnesses to my side of the call all who will note how I tried desperately to point out the published delivery zone was well within my address.
