Review: We signed up for a balloon ride with the Rotary Club. The cost was $200 per person--pre paid. It was cancelled due to weather. The day of the cancellation was 7/5. We were told that refunds would be issued on 7/8. To this date I have not received my $400 refund, and what worries me is that called Wed, 7/10, Fri., 7/12, and again today, 7/16 and no one has returned my call to tell me when the refund will be processed. I think more than a week is adequate time to process a refund. I am concerned about their business practices.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $400 as promised.
