Mr [redacted] did buy a house from Ashburn Homes Incorporated on December, The first time we heard that Mr [redacted] hadan issue with the HVAC system was on 1/14/15, that same daY-sent a service request to Chesapeake Climate Control and they resolved the issue on 1116/The second time, Mr [redacted] called Chesapeake Climate Control in March, and Chesapeake Climate Control went out to the house on 3/and installed new ducting in basement and install new trunk to attic area to supply more flow to 2nd floor bedroomsWe also sent Chesapeke Climate Control on 4/6/to raise the ducts in the basement because Mr [redacted] had complaint about ducts being too lowFinally we found out in August, that there was a small area inthe attic that didnot have enough insulation, so we sent Delmarva Insulation Company on 8/25/to add insulation to the atticLast time I spoke to Mr [redacted] after the insulation was installed, Mr [redacted] said that the issue had been resolved.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] ***
