Recently when I was shopping for Auto Insurance, I came to know that LexisNexis Risk Solution reported a claim report, due to this all companies were quoting very high price.

Currently I am with *** insurance, I had a minor incident on Sept 26th 2018. As a process I informed *** and opened a claim. But finally I was able to fix my self without any cost as it was very very minor. So there was just a claim in GIECO but no payout on the same.
Today I called *** and they too confirmed that there is no payout.

I dispute this report as was wrong information was reported without my consent, causing lot of financial issues to me and my family.

There are at least 15- 20 completely wrong entries on my (last) name, DOB and addresses and one (20 year old) DL record that does not exist in reality. As a result they caused a denial of credit for a new cell phone service and a seriously embarrassing moment in a public setting - despite a credit history that I know to be quit excellent.

*** refuses to delete/cancel billing me as my account was never established. Anil Harripersad and *** (reps to establish online account) made me aware that lexisnexis provides mostly residential phone numbers and not commercial numbers, and therefore I could not go forward with them as I deal commercial real property dealings. Lexisnexis provides mostly residential property owners phone numbers and I do not have the need to get residential house owners' phone numbers. So, I've asked please stop billing as my account was never established but Gomez keep sending me confusing emails how he is excited to help and keep sending bills. Please ask them to stop.

Deceptive sales practice used to secure contract for product that does not function as advertised. Refusing to release contract in trial period.
We contacted LexisNexis to ask about fraud prevention tools for our website's sales system, specifically KBA (knowledge-based authentication). *** (561.982.5226) replied and explained the products. We decided to try the system, but asked for a 30-day trial period prior to committing to a 1-year contract with a steep monthly minimum. Mr. replied "I can get you three months to ramp up." Based on this, we signed a contract and integrated their system into our sales tool. After numerous complaints from long-time customers saying they were being denied access to our platform based on the product's inability to find records for them, we removed it from our systems and asked for the trial period to be ended and the contract terminated. Mr. then informed me that there was no trial period, but rather a 3-month period during which we could test the system and only pay for the queries we used, instead of being held to the monthly minimum. This was a shock to us, as we based our decision to sign solely on his positive response to our request for a trial period. Had he said no to the trial, we would have gone with a competitor who DID offer us a trial before signing, but which a higher cost per-query. In short, Mr. did not answer a question I DID ask, while answering "Yes" to a question I did NOT ask, thus securing himself a sale under false pretenses. We are now being told that we must honor the contract and pay for a full year's access to a product that does not work as advertised - and damaged our business. We are seeking release from the agreement, and will offer in exchange to pay 1 month of service at full price ($250.00) even though our invoice for that month was $6.50. If LexisNexis will not agree, we will be forced to take this matter to attorneys for assistance, as we would rather pay them for legal services than pay for a product that does not work under a contract obtained through dishonesty.
