Service has obtained my personal information, cannot contact securely
Request for insurance quote was rejected by this service which I have no idea about it. I would like to know who this company obtained my information including SSN / DL number. I did not give them permission to view or store this information digitally. To try to get resolution by calling into the company the company asks for P2 information to be typed into an unencrypted line or mail a letter with all my P2 information to them. Phone line does eventually allow you an option to speak to a live person however that immediately ends the call. I wish for this company to not store any of my P2 information as they cannot provide a secure method of obtaining or a person to speak with. Also I would like to know the chain in which my information was obtained to verify my P2 information was obtained legally.
