Their service dept has much to learn I took my [redacted] 1025r in for basic Transmission and engine oil hange service on 6/13/after making a scheduled service appointmentI was promised it would be done on 6/so I could pick up on 6/15/I also explained to the service advisor that when I took delivery on this tractor and arrived home their was a problem with the mower latching deviseI also told him the part would have to be replacedIf in stock it could be completed now or ordered and I would replace it at homeI sled him several times if my basic service would be completed on time because I blocked out time for this service and I can not have the tractor tied up at their shopNow it is June 17th and they are waiting for the Latching devise to come inThe same latching device I told them to order before I brought the tractor in the same device I told the again had to be replaced the day I brought the tractor to be servedThe same part I said I would install if it was not in stockI have had numerous talks with two different service personnel without any resolveI asked to come and pick up the machineI never was given a answer This service department has a lot to learn about promised service I should have listened to all the farmers and contractorsThey all said you will like the machine ! You will Hate the Service You Get From Meade Tractor ServiceDon't Ever Believe What they Tell or Promise You This experience has cost me Days of Rental Machines That I will never make UpAll for a Simple Trans & Engine oil Service to keep the Warranty good on machine with hours on it and a part that connects with two bolts, two locking nuts and a spring This service will cost $after rentals maybe more! I have not received my machine or bill from Meade Tractor

I was promised it would be done on 6/1416 so I could pick up on 6/15/16. I also explained to the service advisor that when I took delivery on this tractor and arrived home their was a problem with the mower latching devise. I also told him the part would have to be replaced. If in stock it could be completed now or ordered and I would replace it at home. I sled him several times if my basic service would be completed on time because I blocked out time for this service and I can not have the tractor tied up at their shop. This service department has a lot to learn about promised service.
I should have listened to all the farmers and contractors. They all said you will like the machine ! You will Hate the Service You Get From Meade Tractor Service. Don't Ever Believe What they Tell or Promise You.
This experience has cost me Days of Rental Machines That I will never make Up. All for a Simple Trans & Engine oil Service to keep the Warranty good on machine with 74.2 hours on it and a part that connects with two bolts, two locking nuts and a spring.
This service will cost $1000.00 after rentals maybe more! I have not received my machine or bill from Meade Tractor

Randy Cash Plumbing is the most honest, trustworthy plumber in the greater Fayetteville, NC area! They are both prompt and are miles above the competition when it comes to professional, friendly customer service! They put in a vanity for me. Not only did that make sure I got exactly the one I wanted, but it wouldn't fit, so they took now the extra time to cut out a cabinet I didn't want anymore to make it look fantastic! They do such a good job and always have. Thanks to Randy and his sons for changing the way I feel about the service industry!
