Review: The pedicure tub had a crack on the inside bot not the outside of the tub. It is the result of the bubble in the material. It crack on the inside but not cause any leak. The crack inside of the tub is sharp and could cause cut when clean. Lexor refuse to take care of it. Lexor claim that it is relate to the massage mechanical which came with 1 year of warranty. The reast of chair came with 2 years of warranty which the tub is.Desired Settlement: Send the replacement of tub, we will take care of the labor.

Review: Back in sept of 2013 I had came to LEXOR to place an order for 6 pedicure chairs and 5 manicure tables,and I gave them 1000 dollars deposit, but later on I found out their products is not true as they advertized so I canceled the order, at the time I was there , they had never once explain about their policy on cancel order, never had mention nothing to me, now I call them up about my deposit , I was told by LIEM " sale rep" basically that deposit is non-refundable , but he had never explained that to me , as a small business owner I am trying to survive by working hard , stay true to customers because I believe honesty is the best policy , but as for LEXOR they lies , you can go on yelp.com and read the review about their company , they had more negative reviews than positive one, , so please help.Desired Settlement: 1000.00

hank you for the opportunity to offer our explanation. In addition, we are deeply sorry that Mr. [redacted] has had to file a complaint to the Revdex.com. We hope this response will ease Mr. [redacted] concerns.

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding his deposit and have notified him on 12/30/2014 that his deposit can be used as credit towards any product including spa chairs, furniture, nail supplies, and marketing collateral. Based on the conversation he had with the Sales Manager, [redacted], Mr. [redacted] was agreeable to these terms.

The summary of the conversation was Mr. [redacted] was upset that we didn't return his deposit. Our return and cancellation policy is that customers cannot cancel or change the order after 48 hrs. This is because after the 48 hrs and a deposit has been made, production begins on his order to build the chairs. Each chair is made to order. We are happy to assist Mr. [redacted] with applying his credit to any of our other products.

We hope that Mr. [redacted] will understand this explanation and we apologize for any inconvenience he encountered.
