Lexus Cleaners

Review: On numerous occasion have I received subpar service. On Saturday, 11/**/13, I brought laundry and dry cleaning, specifically pointing out that there was some small white lines on a pair of suit pants. The cleaners assured me that it wasn't faded color and that they would be able to correct it. Not only did they not correct it, but they swore they did. When I brought the item back, they said they got it and then were dismissive, saying oh that can't come out. I indicated that I specifically pointing the area in question out when bringing the pants in and they assured me they could correct it. They told me no they couldn't and acknowledged that not did not make any improvement. When I asked for my money back they refused. This is the last straw for me. I will not go to them again. They are absolutely terrible.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the failure on their part and I want to bring this place of business to your attention.
