Being very brief in response[redacted] visited our showroom just before close at approximately 6:45pm Feb 4th he was offered a sales loaner to return home at approximately 8:40pm 1hour forty minutes past close.the GX vin# ending [redacted] listed at $64, [redacted] negotiated the selling price to $62,plus TT&L The appointment set by [redacted] 7:Monday Morning 4/13/was what we refer to as a "no show" when he arrived at approximately 11:the loaner fleet was depleted.The miles recorded at Chewere on the markCheck-out the following day the odometer read to be delivered to Killeen TXFinally, the scratches that [redacted] reports in his compliant were in fact recorded at chewe have that copy, in addition we have video tape of the service writer performing this evaluation.as described by the delivery driver" [redacted] became very upset walking around the truckcalled the dealership and became furious when the service writer disclosed that this damage was recorded at cheLexus of Austin

I am rejecting this response because the VA says the roof explosion has ruptured my right ear drum (and done other medical harm), because I've gone weeks without a roof, because a new roof is still dangerous if its the same material, and because this has been very stressful and inconvenient.
I will call my legal advisor regarding what they think needs to be done from our end, while Lexus Corp responds to Lexus Austin

I am rejecting this response because: this is not about what I paid for car. this is about you destroyed my car with miles on car scratch hell out of my carlets say I paid 70k out the door on car. who is going to believe your claim car with miles have scraches inside and out side of car. when car was given to you detail job. people baby their new car not destroy it like you guys did. not you only lost my business but all people that I know who buy lexus from you now going to buy it from Dallas or San Antonio. your company have no integrity to tell the truth

I am rejecting this response because: 64360.39 check number [redacted]. plus 5000.00 paid on AMEX. on the day of the purchase on car.  I told them I have two hours to buy car and called and asked them if this particular model they have in stock.
I called them at 7:30 in morning per my telephone record by ATT.  And asked them if I can bring my truck in.  They told even know they are busy they will fix me up.there were no documentation or discussion about any damage to my truck.  You want tell me that car with 1500 miles have scratches all over the car that you sold me.  There is no documentation of this on my receipt provided by them or any receipt acknowledge this situation or any video.  That is fact. We discover this damage up on delivery of my truck at my business.  Rest of sure my insurance company and our legal department will come after your company for damages.All responses I see from this business is nothing but lie from purchase of car to servicing.  Its sad to see that business like this have no integrity or morals about this company.

 Lexus of Austin was not the original selling dealer for this vehicle, this vehicle was sold in Serramonte California.
 this is important because each dealer has representatives that work in our primary marketing...

 No service history of any kind exists at Lexus of Austin for this vehicle.
 This was the first time to visit the Austin dealership.
 Once we have received possible good will from Lexus we will contact Mr. [redacted]. 
 We will work to navigate between the Guest and Lexus as long as the process is amicable.

I am rejecting this response because:We actually checked the pictures that we took earlier with iPhone, and found the scratches.   Fortunately, the pictures are all automatically dated by iPhone to prove that the scratches existed earlier.And, the “bird dropping” may not be bird dropping, because we tried to clean with water and it didn’t work.  It was eventually cleaned with some chemical spray.It would be great if there is any easy way to cover up or make the scratches invisible.  However, I perfer not to discuss this matter with Mr. [redacted].  Last time we talked to him, He insisted there were absolutely nothing he could do, and he told me that he doesn’t care if people write bad online reviews, complain to local authority, or even law sue. And he even wished me good luck on whatever I am going to do about this issue.So, I’d really like to get a different contact person and the phone number to make an appointment.

Hello, I have a scanned copies of :  1. Original Lease agreement.  2.The Vin Substitution Letter for the Current RX350.  (Customer was not happy with light color and color transfer from denim. Revdex.com should have that compliant  on file  2015 original RX...

Mr. [redacted] please email photos that you have of the scratches to Revdex.com of Central Texas and [redacted]  It is very difficult for Lexus of Austin to access the finish from photos, in person is much better, but we will do our best. Once we see the photos  you have time stamped, we will also have a better idea of how to move forward. department or the delivery specialist would have noticed at time of the walk around in the delivery room.  You and your family picked up the car on Saturday July 30th mid day at approximately 1:30pm. You, family members and the delivery specialist went through and around the car during the this process. You returned to the dealership Monday the 3rd for additional information, from one of our tech specialist, no mention of scuff on second visit.  Yesterday you stopped to speak with [redacted] about Bird droppings and the scratches on the bumper at time of delivery.   [redacted] had the bird droppings removed and inspected the "rub"  on the front bumper cover which is about the size of a ping-pong ball,  it appears that the bumper was slightly scraped by the driver of your car or perhaps someone in a parking lot... happens very frequently In any event we will try to assist in making the bumper scuff better. Thank you,   **

[redacted]  The denim ink transfer and removal is common on all types of leather... Many denim manufactures utilize waterless dyes in their clothes... Jeans you tube example attached. This does require some minor cleaning but can be cleaned.
