I was called and told that my manuals, extra key, and lock cover were in and to come in on Saturday to have the lock cover put on, keys programed and manuals handed to me. I sat in the waiting area for three hours just to be told they didn't know that we needed a manual and that they needed to order the lock cover. They didn't know what was wrong with the car, after I explained to four different people what the issue was. I've left messages trying to reschedule my service appointment and have not received a call back. This is the most disrespectful dealership I have been to. Not only did they make me wait three hours for them to wash my car, they didn't take me serious when I was purchasing the car. I regret buying my car from Lexus in Cerritos and will not be going back to them for anything. There is a closer more friendly Lexus near me.
