The sales experience at Lexus of Cherry Hill was very pleasantUnfortunately our experience with the Service Department was very unpleasantWe had a total of three service visits and the results were as follows: 1st visit (mile check) - tires never rotated, maintenance reminders set incorrectly2nd visit (~ 13,miles) - paint on car hood damaged, reminders again set incorrectly, tire pressures overinflatedSpoke with Joel [redacted] service managerHe agreed to provide toupaint and address the incident with his staff 3rd visit (15,miles) - tire rotationCar came back with an orange stain on the driver's seat that appeared to be greaseSpoke with Joel again in an effort to find out what happened and why the car was returned in worse condition than it arrived on consecutive visitsJoel was unable/unwilling to identify who in the service line was responsible for the damage, and unwilling to offer any remedy for the incidentAfter three consecutive unsatisfactory experiences, I cannot recommend this dealer to anyoneThe buying experience may be great, but I recommend servicing your car elsewhereFor an allegedly high-end dealer, they offered the worst service experience I have ever had

The sales experience at Lexus of Cherry Hill was very pleasant. Unfortunately our experience with the Service Department was very unpleasant. We had a total of three service visits and the results were as follows:
1st visit (5000 mile check) - tires never rotated, maintenance reminders set incorrectly.
2nd visit (~ 13,000 miles) - paint on car hood damaged, reminders again set incorrectly, tire pressures overinflated. Spoke with Joel [redacted] service manager. He agreed to provide touch-up paint and address the incident with his staff
3rd visit (15,000 miles) - tire rotation. Car came back with an orange stain on the driver's seat that appeared to be grease. Spoke with Joel again in an effort to find out what happened and why the car was returned in worse condition than it arrived on 2 consecutive visits. Joel was unable/unwilling to identify who in the service line was responsible for the damage, and unwilling to offer any remedy for the incident.
After three consecutive unsatisfactory experiences, I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone. The buying experience may be great, but I recommend servicing your car elsewhere. For an allegedly high-end dealer, they offered the worst service experience I have ever had.
