I am rejecting this response because Lexus of Chester Springs continues to lie and deceive its customers.  The advertisement has not been updated to reflect the correct pictures of the vehicle.  Additionally, although the advertisement has been updated to state the vehicle is not certified...it continues to deceive its customers by listing both vehicles as "PRE OWNED" in the title listing in hopes that the consumer won't notice.
Additionally, it is untrue that [redacted] cannot be updated.  This is absolutely a responsibility of the dealer.  Again, it continues to deceive its customers by refusing to update the report and showing a clean history on advertisements.  On the [redacted] website, it states that if I am not the owner of a vehicle but know there is inaccurate information on the report I am to ask the owner to contact [redacted] and they should fill out the Data Research Request Form.  Regards,
[redacted]
