The complaintant performed an alternator replacement on her [redacted] at Lexus of Louisville on March 10, Customer called service advisor on 3/13/informing dealership her aftermarket remote start was not working [redacted] advised service director of issue Service director spoke with technician that performed work Technician stated that remote start was not touched during alternator repair Service director spoke to customer, customer informed service director she was now in Charlotte, NC Service director informed customer that technician and director did not feel the failure of remote start was caused by work on alternator Service director offered to customer for her to have problem diagnosed by a local Lexus or Toyota dealer of her choice in Charlotte, and if they deemed the failure to be caused by the repair work done at Lexus of Louisville, Lexus of Louisville would cover the issue [redacted] and service director have not heard back from the customer since this conversation

I met with Mr [redacted] on November We reviewed his entire transaction Mr [redacted] has decided to trade in his LSHe ordered a new ESto his specifications Mr [redacted] assured me that he would be contacting the Revdex.com to close his complaint and state that we have addressed all of his concerns, needs and he is satisfied Thank you,

Customer has been taken care of

WE have email communications from Mr*** clearly stating he did not need navigationweAs far as we are coffered alternative solutions all of which were unaccepted

We are certainly not the kind of dealer being portrayed in this complaintOn the contrary, we offered solutions several times, which Mr*** has declinedHe chose a vehicle without navigation option to save money When he brought the vehicle home to his spouse, she was not
pleased with the selection he madeHe did not notify us until later in the monthRegistration and titling had already been completedWe offered a very amiable solution to exchange vehicles and Mr*** would need to absorb the difference in cost for the new vehicle with NavigationHe has refused to accept the offer and is now threatening our reputation with several complaints

The fact is is that when you purchased the Permaplate you are purchasing a warranty. The product was applied to protect the vehicle prior to purchase. You purchased the warranty that goes along with the application. You have a permaplate warranty in place. Absolutely no deception involved.

I hate to repeat this but it makes all of the other false claims that Mr. [redacted] has made against me and my wife irrelevant. They have never denied that he made the statement but they would not honor it.

Mr. [redacted] has decided to trade in his LS460. He ordered a new 2016 ES350 to his specifications.

Customer ID# [redacted] The damage to the passenger side headlight bracket is clearly the result of some sort of impact, and is clearly evident when you look at the out of aligned fender, the broken bracket, bent inner fender and the rusted impact area. The damage is clearly from a prior incident and...

not from any of the work we performed on the vehicle. While the customer states the vehicle has never been in and accident the Car Fax clearly indicates that two claims have been filed on this vehicle the most recent one from June of this year. We value all of our customers and try within reason to assist them.  Even though we are in no way responsible for the damage to the customer’s vehicle, Lexus of Louisville offered as a Goodwill Gesture to install the new lens at no labor cost and to sell him the part at our wholesale price of $800. We are willing to extend our Goodwill Gesture for the next 10 days. Please advise me if the customer would be satisfied with our offer. [redacted] Lexus wouldn't even touch the car without a fee upfront. I was under the impression that a fee would only be charged after checking the remote starter in which Lexus if Louisville would be covering it. No unfortunately since I'm not working didn't have the consultation fee. Regardless of what the technician was trying to say about not touching it, it worked fine before being in their care. Either Lexus of Louisville can contact Hendrix of Louisville to do the inspection per them and would be reimbursed or send me the consultation fee for them to check it out.
