from Lexus Financial Services pertaining to his Service Agreement including the cancellation terms. These terms are Lexus Financial Services terms of which all parties are subject to, not discretionary terms of Lexus of Maplewood. The cancelation terms are clearly stated to be pro rated and the Limited Rights of Lessor seem to indicate the limitations quite clearly. This pro rated cancellation policy is as we have always understood it to be and would be consistent with what would have been verbally communicated at the time of purchase as well. I have placed a call to Lexus Financial Services to see if they would be willing to provide any form of "good will" financial assistance on Mr. [redacted] behalf. phone calls in an effort to resolve the issues to both parties mutual satisfaction. As an offer of Good Will we have agreed to Ms. Decker's most recent communicated proposal of replacing the tires with a New set of All Season style tires to provide an improved and appropriate winter driving experience, as well as adjust the sunroof and resolve the rear hatch functionality. These items will be done at the dealerships expense and any additional items now or in the future are the owners responsibility. We are working out a time that will work for Ms. [redacted] to bring the vehicle in for the work to be completed, we are offering a no cost loaner for her use to minimize the inconvenience.
