Caught one of the service greeter snooping through my things. Tan have a bad attitude if you hate your job so much find something new. Keep your hands out of people's belongings. Will be filing a police report for missing items.

Review: On Saturday April 30th I travel from another state to purchase a vehicle as a cash purchase due to my bank financing it.. So after sitting in the lobby for about 2 hours talk to other people whom worked there and having the new car manager say to me " Look like u should of Purchased Your Car From A White Man" can u say hidden racism and discrimination. So by then the salesman came up and said your vehicle is locked in detail so I said get someone to unlock it and he said no one gave the key it hen said get me a manager so a finance manager came and educated me on the same thing I then rebuttal with call the owner then he said he was here this morning and we can't do anything till Monday I said do u realize I rented a car to come here and suppose to be dropped it off at the airport, that I'm tired because I jump on the highway right after work missing my hair appointment and hours to get here and this is all u can say so I just started laughing to stop from crying... This is the true definition of discrimination and poor customer services...Desired Settlement: Working on resolution once we speak... Possible Better vehicle with better miles and etc...
