The dealer did everything to keep me and sell the carIn the end, we settled on a price which favored them more than me, which was fineThe issue I had was, that it has been a week, I did not hear from them on the status of the car; used car! on 3-9-15 I saw two 2012 white lexus RX350s that my wife and I really liked .. I emaile ddealer then on the spot and received a email early in the morning on 3/10/15 saying that car was still available .. a hr later I get on the phone with a employee names Jodi .. I tell her I live a hour and half away and that I am very interested in the car .. she assures me car is available and in great shape , I get my hopes up get my wifes hopes up and put in for a vacation day on thursday to see it all this while being in contact with Jodi on about three seperate phone conversations where she was assuring me how clean and available this car is .. long story short some other employee calls me and tells me Jodi made a mistake and the car I was interested in is sold already ... Website / Jodis systems / her word all claimed it was still available and now all of a sudden it isnt .. rather than this employee be nice he declines my request to speak with the sales manager and slams the phone in my ear ... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP , ITS SAFE TO SAY THAT THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE OWN DEALERSHIP !!!!!

I bought a used 2015 Lexus RX 350 from them. On the day of paper work, I notices paint scratches at the front of the car and told the sales person (Dale). He put in the paper work stating they will fix it before deliver the car to me.
Today, they delivered the car to me at CT [redacted] After completed all the paper works in [redacted] I came out to the parking lot only found the scratches are still there.
I really don't know how they do business. This is quite a surprise to me.

Buyer beware for used cars , I bought a used car and the TPMS sensor was on when I purchased it I was told don't worry it will go off its because of the outside temperature it was snowing at the time. Light never went off and was told to have it taken care off I took my time to get it fixed because it was not a big deal I finally had time to get it fixed and mail in copy's of the receipts and never heard anything so I email the salesman and got a response and said that it's been a long time he will have to see what he can do. I never heard back anything at this point so I called and requested to speak to a manager finally I spoke to a manager named Mike who told me he would look into it and would follow up on it I received a call back from Mike the next day who told me basically I was lying and they have no record of there being any problems when I bought the vehicle and that the salesman didn't remember anything in the sales manager that the sales person forwarded the message to was no longer there when I asked him if he had actually check the emails he said no he has no way of doing that when I asked if you consult it is IT department he also said no so basically it was my word against theirs and I was in so many words without saying it called a liar at this point it's not about the money which is only $300 but basically this manager named Mike didn't really actually look into the situation just brought it to somebody else's attention based upon the one email that I was able to find and never actually looked to see if there's any email sent from the sales person to the manager that's no longer there extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up and trying to make a customer happy

Misrepresentation of vehichle being sold by Sales ManBelow is the email I sent to the Sales Manager and President at Lexus: The vehicle was purchased on [redacted]My name is [redacted] and I purchased a 2013 [redacted] from your location last week. During my discussions, I specifically asked [redacted] if the soft top to this [redacted] was an actual [redacted] soft top or after market. I was told it was an actual [redacted] soft top. I went to change the tops this weekend, and that is not the case at all. This is an after market soft top. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this vehicle. You will see I reached out earlier about this and it appears he was not aware it was not an original. This is very poor customer service. Do not say yes when asked and have this type of response. When leaving the dealership after the purchase, I was called back because the price/paperwork was not done correctly. This was in my favor and not yours. I did not hesitate to return. I would expect the same customer service/ response in return. I know that you folks pride yourself in customer service. I am hoping that you can rectify this situation and stand behind your reputation. I can tell you that the response I have received from [redacted] is lack luster at best.Desired SettlementI would like an original Jeep soft top which I was told by the Sales Man this did in fact have.
