My fiancé and I purchased an SUV from Lexus of Seattle on July 20, Paid in full with a check that cleared the bank on July 22, After numerous calls to Lexus and also a signed licensing affidavit of loss that was notarized and paid for ($10.00) on January 13, and mailed back to Lexus as requested by Alex sales managerIt's now March 11, and we still do not have the title to our SUV, that we purchased months ago! We called again last Tuesday March 8, 2016, advised that someone would call us back regarding the title and still haven't received a call or the titleThe paper work should have been filled out correctly when we bought it, I had to come in and sign papers that were missed the next day, when I brought the car back to be looked at after the check engine light came on ( haven't even owned the car hours) I specifically said to make sure and use our Po Box for mailing purposes and they did not, physical address was usedThis experience has been a continu

I have been a long time customer of Lexus of Seattle and have left a number of kudos based on my experiences from the purchases of my ES LX and RX vehicles, but times have sure changed
I am in the market for a Lexus GXand like to do my shopping online to compare the various options and colors and also finalize numbers so I can walk into the dealership and get out nice and quick
Well, Lexus of Seattle takes away a huge piece of the optionI have visited their website a number of times reviewing various GX modelsWhen I call to follor go onsite, the vehicles I have questions on are not the same as the website pictures or descriptionsOn four occasions I have been told that Lexus of Seattle recycles pictures from previous GX models and uses them for various listingsFor example, I found a Black GXon their website for just over $59kIt was a great deal as it was pictured as coming with Captains Chairs which is an option that I wantI contact the dealership and am told that the vehicle I am referencing does not come with Captains Chairs and they are extra and part of the Sport Package, which is about $2,moreOk fineSo I see a another vehicle that is Starfire Pearl that is listed at $59,and it also shows Captains Chairs as well as F-Sport WheelsI ask about this model and am told the same thing, the website is incorrectWell, that was weeks ago and this model is still appearing on their website with the incorrect photos/descriptionI came in to buy it and am told that to get the options that I want, I would need to spend an extra $2kYou would think that in dealerships would stop the bait and switch game and start selling with integrityI would expect a whole lot more from a Lexus dealershipYou can reference the Lexus of Seattle website to see the incorrect Lexus GX listings
Check out the below links from the Lexus of Seattle website, Each of these links displays the same pictures of Captains Chairs which does not come with either of the models listed in their respective links:

On November 5, 2016, my Lexus ISwas brought into service at Lexus of SeattleI requested to have the vehicle recall performed along with an oil changeLexus offered the Lexus World Class InspectionThe vehicle was brought in at 4:PM and was done and out by 4:PMHaving a vehicle serviced should have excellent and splendid servicePerforming these tasks in less than minutes and charging me $when the service was subpar and below my expectation from a dealership that holds its nameFrom the past experience, services usually take hour to and a half hour to get doneIn the inspection report, Lexus of Seattle claims that "Perform battery performance test and Inspect battery terminals and cables) along with a list of other inspectionsI was under the impression that these has been looked at and looks like none of the tasks were performedOn the way home, getting gas, I opened the hood of the car to make sure the oil cap is capped and tighten correctly due t
