This case is all done We lent her a loaner did several Thousands $$$$ of work For free to fix the problem!! We had too pull the whole Dash and install a new evaporator it fix the problem At no cost to her !!!!!!! Lexe Kasey, Thank you so much for your letter dated February 19th On 2/16/16, [redacted] and [redacted] who are daughter and mother respectively, that live at separate addresses came into our dealership and applied for a loan on an above-average mile Buick Enclave, with 98,miles On 2/17/we collected a $2,down payment on a Visa credit card A deal was negotiated and an agreed allowance of $3,for a Nissan Sentra trawith 69,miles in below-average condition Unfortunately, they owed in excess of $on the Sentra to a high-risk high-rate lender, leaving an inequity situation of $that had to be rolled into the desired purchased vehicle, the Buick Enclave When dealing with subprime credit, credit scores below 650, banks have certain criteria It is tough to pick your car, pick your payment, your down-payment, and your interest rate Koons Lexus of Wilmington was successful in securing a loan for [redacted] , but NOT on the Buick Enclave We tried to resolve her transportation needs by offering her no less than other similar SUV options and was even able to lower her monthly payment She elected not to take advantage of any of our resolutions to her sub-prime credit and inequity situation On 2/19/16, her $2,was refunded to her Visa credit card We also returned her original tag We are in the business to sell cars We did everything we could and spent hours trying to accommodate this consumer All the very best,

Enclave, with 98,009 miles.  On 2/17/16 we collected a $2,000 down payment on a Visa credit card.  A deal was negotiated and an agreed allowance of $3,000 for a 2009 Nissan Sentra trade-in with 69,000 miles in below-average condition.  Unfortunately, they owed in excess of $8100 on the Sentra to a high-risk high-rate lender, leaving an inequity situation of $5100 that had to be rolled into the desired purchased vehicle, the 2009 Buick Enclave.  When dealing with subprime credit, credit scores below 650, banks have certain criteria.  It is tough to pick your car, pick your payment, your down-payment, and your interest rate.  Koons Lexus of Wilmington was successful in securing a loan for [redacted], but NOT on the 2009 Buick Enclave.  We tried to resolve her transportation needs by offering her no less than 4 other similar SUV options and was even able to lower her monthly payment.  She elected not to take advantage of any of our resolutions to her sub-prime credit and inequity situation.  On 2/19/16, her $2,000 was refunded to her Visa credit card.  We also returned her original tag.  We are in the business to sell cars.  We did everything we could and spent hours trying to accommodate this consumer.     All the very best,

Review: 06/10/2014 - I had my 2002 Lexus RX 300 in for repairs and maintenance. A/C was not functioning my total bill was $ 5,543.64. However, the bill related to the A/C was $2,742.30.

06/17/2014 Car returned back to Lexus for A/C not working.

07/10/2014 Car back to returned Lexus for A/C not working.

07/17/2014 Called spoke with [redacted]) - A/C not working, left message for [redacted] ( [redacted]) 07/19/2014 no return call.

07/21/2014 Called left message with [redacted] - different [redacted] - new employee in charge of service.

07/22/2014 as of 1100 no return call

Between these drop offs I had multiple attempts to contact the dealer without return calls.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem correctly or refund the money for the A/C and I will take it somewhere else. If they choose to fix it this will be their 4th attempt to fix this issue. I want to make sure they will returns my calls within 24/hrs.

Review: On June 26, 2014 I purchased a 2011 ES 350 Lexus from Lexus of Wilmington. I paid $28,173.00 for my vehicle. My price included tags, title and taxes. I was told once I get my inspection and District of Columbia Driver license done they would be able to register my car. I was able to get my inspection done on June 27, 2014 and obtain a District of Columbia Driver License on June 28, 2014. I email my information to my sales rep [redacted] (I am not sure of his last name) on July 1, 2014. I waited a month before contacting the dealer in reference to my tags. I spoke with a very nice lady name [redacted] she reassured me that she will checked the status and get back to me. When she called me back she informed me that tag and title place that they use over charged me on my tags. With this happening when the tag and title place send a check to the Department of Motor Vehicle it was mailed back the check because the amount was incorrect. I waited a couple of weeks and still there was no progress made. I asked [redacted] on numerous occasion to send my money and information so that I can take care of it myself. [redacted] said that she contacted the tag and title department several times and she did not receive a response back. After contacting the DMV myself several times I decided this issue needed to be escalated. I decided to call the General Manager hoping to resolve this issue, but he did not answer so. I have left several messages for him to call me back. I have never receive a call back. On September 12, 2014, [redacted] called and stated that my tag and title were complete. I told her that I would pick them because by this time I did not trust that I would receive them. I think this was ridiculous I should never had to go and get my tags myself. I thought that what I paid the administrative fees for. I took a loan out base on the amount they quoted me. I will have to pay interest on the money that I should have to borrow. Today is October 1, 2014 and I still have not receive any form of refund. This terrible customer services. I was made promises that were not kept. I will never by from this location again.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the administrative fees $389.00. I want the money that was not use for my tags and title return with interest considered that I will have to pay interest on the money.
