My name is [redacted] and I am the General Manager of PLR, LLC dba Performance Lexus RiverCenter ("RiverCenter"). I would like to acknowledge receipt of the Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] regarding [redacted] and his recent purchase with RiverCenter ("Complaint"). After...

investigating this matter, kindly accept the following information in response to his Complaint.On or about December 10, 2016, Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN #[redacted] ("Vehicle"). As stated in his Complaint, Mr. [redacted] feels that he overpaid by One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500). RiverCenter has discussed this issue with Mr. [redacted] and, without admitting liability of any kind and solely to resolve this dispute, has agreed to pay Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750), to be mailed directly to Mr. [redacted], of which Mr. [redacted] has agreed. When Mr. [redacted] brought his Vehicle into RiverCenter on or about December 30, 2016 for an inspection, RiverCenter paid Mr. [redacted]' inspection fee.
