I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't address funds paid in advance for work hours not performed and that poor records were kept by *** ***, which is not my faultThey acknowledge zero fault and claim the work environment was hostile with zero
evidenceRegardless of how she felt about the work environment (a Skype chatroom), she still needs to refund the unused hours at the bare minimum of $I will say that *** *** never made complaints about being uncomfortableShe word call me "love" and "darling" in emails and chats which I didn't find very professional but just moved forwardThe only reasonable resolution is an $refund, otherwise I will seek legal means to get the full amount of funds I paid to LexyWeb as the project was abandoned before completion with zero notice and zero refunds issued
