Keep getting charged, but have never received a product. 3 mths or more.
Just order the free sample, and tryed to cancel, they keep with drawing it from my account, have never received anything, not even sample, $89.97 monthly, all I have is a # 800 577 1416 , they never answer.
Stop with drawing from my account, and refund my funds, all I have is my bank statements
I received an email from a business located in my area saying if I filled out a questionnaire I could possibly get a $100 gift card. I filled it out and it said that I could pick out a free gift. I chose the eye serum and face cream. I paid $4.97 and $3.97 for s&h. I immediately got an email thanking me for a magazine subscription. I called them and told them I did not order the magazine and that I didn't want it. They gave me a hard time but agreed to refund my money. After all that I found $89.97 and $88.97 was deducted from my account. I called again and they told me that I didn't cancel the order soon enough and that I had to pay the full amount for each of the products. The person I spoke with was very rude. I tried to tell her that I am retired and couldn't afford the excessive amount they charged me, She said she would refund me $50 for each product. I told her that I would report them to the Revdex.com. How can I get my money back? BTW the product is not very good.

I have returned both products they sent to me but didn't receive my refund. I went through the dispute process with my bank and lost the second dispute because I was a week late to response to the bank email. The merchant have closed my account and told me that they will refund me full amount but they didn't. They have received my returned products but refuse to refund my $94.88. I have not subscribe to their service.
Please refund $94.88 for the charge on 8/22

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 18 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription to see continuous results at your convenience. We sincerely apologize, on the contrary, we are unable to issue Ms. any refunds because her account shows she disputed the charges. Once charges are disputed, we are not able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and again want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I do not accept the business' response. The second dispute did not go through and my bank and I called the business to request the refund because I lost the dispute and my bank has already paid the business. There is no fraud issue because my bank paid the business, not me. They even helped me contact LFA Eye Serum company and conference me in to discuss the issue but the business refuse to assist.
This business has a fake advertise and telling the consumer their product is developed by Joanna Gaines but this is not true. Joanna Gaines releases her statement that she has nothing to do with this company's skin care product line. This company is a scam. their sign up page wasn't clear about trying period and when I found out they charged my credit card for subscription service, I called their customer service and told me I do not want any more product and they said they will refund me full amount if I return the products. I send them back the products but still not received my refund for the second month amount $94.88.
I am requesting the business to refund this amount to me because I did call their customer service and requested to close the account and also returned their products. There is no fraud issue on my end and I can provide my credit card company's record to prove.
