Review: I ordered a few items from there website,and only received partial! From the start I never received a tracking number until I email there customer care center! I then got a response and with in that response they stated that if I didn't receive my order in 14 Days I'll receive a full refund. I have been trying to contact them about the rest of my order but no one will respond via email nor answer the phone.I personally believe they have my number on the block list. I really just want what I paid for!Desired Settlement: I would love the rest of my order and a full refund as is stated in the email I received from them!

Review: I made a purchase through shoplfgboutique.com on July 17th, 2015, at which time said monies were deducted from my checking account. I waited a few weeks to receive my merchandise and it never came. I tried to contact them through their website with no response. Then I contacted them through an alternative e-mail listed on their website for shipping problems. By the time they got back to me it was a month after my initial order, and they sent an automated message about how I would receive my merchandise within 2-14 business days. At this time I e-mailed back stating that it had been well past that time frame and I would either like a refund or my merchandise and copied in the inital invoice. They then lied and said my items would be shipped to me by the following Saturday. When that did not happen I e-mailed them again and they replied with the same automated message about 2-14 business days. I sent them another message back stating that at this time it is now almost 2 months since they took my order and collected my money and I still had yet to receive my merchandise and again copied in the initial invoice. Now I am getting no response from them at all. They still have my money and I still do not have my merchandise.Desired Settlement: Since I do not think they can produce the item I order, they haven't yet, I would like a complete refund including shipping costs. In the automated e-mail it states:If your item is not available within 14 businessdays, Our Company will refund you your payment automatically.

Review: I ordered a pair of lace thigh high boots on 02/07/2015 the order was processed the very next day. However a month goes by and no shoes. I called the customer service number and for a while I received no answer. Finally after a few calls, voice msgs, and direct msgs on Instagram a lady informed me that no one pulled my order and she will have all the info on shipping and tracking number by the end of the day. Still no reply, I continued to call several days later and she said that she would personally ship my shoes and I will receive all the info again by the end of the day. I ended up receiving a tracking number but after several calls to the local post office they informed me that she did set up for them to be shipped but they never received the shoes. I called her several times afterwards asking for a refund and she told me that I have to wait to see if they return them to her first. How is that possible when you never sent them to be shipped in the first place. Needless to say it's been months later no shoes, no refund and no response from them. I'm very disappointed in their service, I always shop online and now I'm very fearful to do out of fear of being scammed. Desired Settlement: They should be penalized somehow because they are clearly a bad business and have scammed innocent people out of their hard earned money. They are fraudulently posting how great they are at customer service, but yet they refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoings. This has to be really made me fearful of ordering from any online merchants expect Amazon. There needs to be some type of justice.

Review: I ORDER A DRESS ON 02-04-2015 THAT I NEVER REICVIED BUT WAS CHARGED . LFG STATED THEY DELIVERD THE DRESS ON MARCH THE 5TH A WHOLE MONTH LATER . AFTER ORDERING THE DRESS ON FEB 4TH I EMAILED THE BOUTIQUE IN RE GUARDS TO DELIVERY BECAUSE I NEEDED THE DRESS FOR MY BIRTHDAY PARTY BY FEB 21ST . LFG BOUTIQUE NEVER RESPONED . I STILL HAVE THE EMAIL PROOF AS WELL . AND NOW I WAS CHARGED FOR A DRESS THAT DID NOT COME TILL A MONTH LATER AND THAT I NEVER RECV , POST STATES THEY CANT FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER IN THERE SYSTEM . SO NOW I HAVE TO FILE A CLIAM WITH THEM .Desired Settlement: 75.38

Review: Placed order on 3/17/16 after a rep reached out to me via Instagram to ask had I placed my order when I said the bathing suit was cute. Was sent a message via Instagram that they were updating tracking information that night after I reached out 6 days after my order. Now, I have gotten no response and they seemed to have blocked me on Instagram and have deleted their posts from their Instagram. I have called and called and gotten no answer. I also emailed and got a generic response which didn't address my issue.Desired Settlement: If they are not going to send me my item, then I want a refund. I wanted it by my birthday but that doesn't seem like it is going to happen. I would like a refund.

Review: February 13, 2015LFG BOUTIQUE: Attention [redacted]I did a little research and this is what I came up with.1. Purchase made on 12/13/142. You created a shipping label on 12/30/14 saying item shipped 3. Item did not actually ship out until 1/13/154. 1/16/15 Post Office label the package undeliverable and returned the package back to you on 1/20/155. I contacted you because I filed a complaint with post office and they asked me to get the label from you so they can make sure all the information was accurate and they would follow up. You refuse to send me the label. You keep reading me off the information on the receipt, but that is not showing what was actually printed on the label. So Im going to assume that the address was not correct on your part as to where it was sent. 6. On 2/5/15 you created another shipping label saying item shipped and it hasnt. I guess you will be waiting another 2 weeks to ship this one.With all the emails, messages left & Phone calls that I made to you I now see the pattern as to how you at LFG Boutique work and I will be sending this information to The Revdex.com to file a complaint.
