I am rejecting this response because: All statements that I made regarding this dispute are true and justified and I firmly disagree with the response. I am in the process of trying to resolve these issues and request that the Revdex.com put this matter on hold until the 10th of March.

This customer is demanding and I do extra things for free they are not included in the contract and they still owe me over $15,000 yet refused to pay me and also refused to let anyone in to finish the final punch .... there's always two sides to each story and of course the homeowner always tries to...
go after the contractor and they never actually put out the truth I would be more than willing to share with anybody all the personal information that we have available any legal documents all the pictures all the text of where we have made more than several attempts and even legally have requested them to remove this accusation because they themselves know it's not true I also posted a similar response on in next-door neighbor ad with pictures and it ended up backfiring because when I put the actual pictures and text people noted that the homeowner was simply trying to get one over on a contractor and everything in the pictures look great and amazing the job is complete and is only lacking very very very minor punchlist items such as caulking paint touch up anything else that's remaining on that list is an actual extra that they do not wish to pay for even after I offered them to pay my cabinet company direct for their extra so they could get them at my cost they still refused and expect me to pay for them or else they will try to sabotage my company ... like I have in the previous post that they have tried to post I will defend my company I am a small business owner that works off strictly referrals and word-of-mouth I have complete vehicle wraps and I plan I'm not hiding from anyone ever I've been over to this person's house several times and we have made verbal agreements however once they figured out they could take a vantage of my insurance company or try to take a vantage of me by burning my name they try to get more free things and things are not even on the contract or else or else they would start trying to fix that here's another example by the simple plan to the Revdex.com ... I have been doing business for over 15 years this is the first one ever to actually make it to the Revdex.com because they did not get their way ... under normal circumstances if there was ever an upset customer we will do any and everything in our power to take care of them as we try to take care of the Crutchfield however they continuously try to take advantage put my name out there so they can get free items or extra additional items that are not on the contract I will be willing to post a contract the items and all the pictures are for them to anybody in San Antonio if you would like to see them you can contact me direct at [redacted] and I will be posting pictures and documents soon .....I am formally requesting that the Revdex.com remove this false accusation and conduct a full investigation on the homeowners for making such accusations as none of their statements are true......and for the record we are actually going to mediation on March 3 to try to resolve this thing once and for all and so hopefully I can get paid this should clear up any misunderstandings and will put everything on the table as soon as that is complete I will be more than happy to post the results of that as well on both the next-door neighbor advertisement and on the Revdex.com
