[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their claims and response isn't the truthSome of their claims I have proof that they are lies via emails and saved screenshots messages and pictures from [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] More importantly though the proof is on my car!! Thats something that can't be denied! I have a few pictures of the areas you can see good on camera and I can get statements from people whom have seen my car each time I got it back from LG Auto bodyAll I want the end of the day is my car painted and done correctly and its apparent that they didn't do it correctly if it took them over months to paint with them painting and repainting the same things over and over againIts obvious this probably won't get taken care of here so instead of posting my evidence for them too see I will save it for courtThanks [redacted]

We, LG AUTO BODY made
several attempts to resolve the "issue" on your car but you don't
want to bring it for us to look at it and NOBODY will NEVER refund anything or
compensate
you for something we haven't see and at this point we don't want to
see anymoreAt no time we refuse to help you regarding your complain but you
haven't cooperate on your side to make this work(I have proof of this)
We don't warranty the
paint for "life" as you state on one of your emailsThe paint
company that we use does(On one of the emails we sent to you we explained
that to you)
The company, LG AUTO
BODY Paid for some "damages" on your car that you said we did (you
couldn't prove that to us but in order to avoid any dispute we agree on
compensate you monetary for the repairs)
We had the same
complain before from you and when you arrived to the shop to drop the car off
I, Luis G*** explained to you how you damage the front bumper and YOU
accepted in front of me that you hit a pot hole but I told you that I will fix
it for FREE even both knowing that was your fault the damages/paint cracks and
missing bumper clips as a result of the collision
The shop made
uncountable FREE repairs per your demand on trying to get a LOT of things done
(not included on the estimate)
** *** didn't work
with us when you made arrangements with him about doing your car, he was doing
his art work at the shop but was not an LG AUTO BODY employee
We asking you to remove
any statements, defamation, from any site and/or organization If
you still proceeds to court we will look for any legal expenses, court
fees, productive time and any other expenses that this may incur
